• aucun retour du produit à faire en cas de colis endommagé ou non conforme ;

• un délai de réclamation étendu.

Son prix dépend du montant de votre panier : 5,90 € jusqu'à 74,99 €, 8,90 € de 75 € à 109,99 €, 11,90 € de 110 € à 149,99 € et 19,90 € dès 150 €.

Sans cette option, vous restez bien sûr couvert : tout colis perdu ou endommagé pendant le transport est remplacé ou remboursé, conformément à la loi. La Garantie Sérénité rend simplement la démarche plus rapide et plus simple.
